Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

• You received the wrong product

• A technical issue on our side prevents delivery and cannot be resolved

In these cases, we may offer:

• A replacement file

• Store credit

• A refund (at our discretion)
